  Brian came out four times to look at my central air conditioning. The first couple of times, he tweaked something and it worked for a couple of days. Then, it appeared as though the system stopped working all together. I told him that I thought I needed a new one, so he refused to come back. My thermostat would be on 72 degrees, but the temperature in my house was 80 degrees. I feel like he never returned because he also contracts through American Home Shield, and he was afraid they would get upset if he had to replace a unit. Nevertheless, I was left hanging without any help or air.
