  I contacted several HVAC companies to quote a new 4ton complete system. Hometown, hands down, had the best pricing, understood my concerns and what I was looking for. There was no upselling or no high pressure tactics. I was given 4 options as part of my quote, each one taking into consideration what I wanted from the system we were putting in. The salesman, Brian, is very professional and extremely responsive. Install day went off without a hitch. The crew cleaned up after themselves, they answered my questions all day and listened to my feedback. I had limited contact with office staff but the few times I did, Lori was fantastic. Professional, kind, and quick responses. Setting up an appointment and a follow-up appointment was effortless. They also installed a new hot water heater as part of my install. Just like the furnace install, it was a great experience. I can't recommend Hometown Heating enough. If you are looking for an honest company with competitive pricing, call no one else but Hometown Heating. You won't regret the call.

  We had to replace our two original 1992 Trane HVAC units including furnaces and some duct work. From the office staff, to the technicians, to the owner of the company who came out and worked on both the Carrier installations, I'm truly impressed. We bid this job out to 4 different companies and I couldn't be more pleased with our choice of Hometown. They are: Professional. Honest. Customer focused. Effective communicators. They know their stuff. Our project was completed on time and under budget! They didn't try to up-sell a bunch of stuff we didn't need like one of the other companies. Just good, honest work. We'll be using them now for regular maintenance as well.

  Appointment was set from 3pm to 5pm. Brian called around 2:45 and said he was ~30 minutes out. Also received a text letting me know he was on the way. Brian arrived shortly after 3 and did a great job explaining options, the cost and performing the work. Very good experience. Will use again.
