  I wouldn't even give William Hadley 1 star. We paid for a project with a check, that he finished. We were out of town and he needed more money for additional projects. He said he had to have payment to finish, so we had an employee give him cash since we were gone. He took the cash and has never finished the job. He will not respond to calls, voicemails, or texts. I will never recommend this company or William to anyone. Google people before you hire them.

  Do not use Homestead Specialist! They have the worst service ever! We bought two new air conditioner units from them in September 2014 but now they refuse to come out and fix any problems. I have called and called but no answer. I've left messages. A few times they actually answered the phone and said they were coming, but never came. I would never use this company again!
