This hotel was ok, but out of the several Home2Suites we stayed in during a trip over Xmas 2021, I would rank it the lowest. It is starting to show its age—the bathroom door was kind of grimy, the sofa and office chair not the cleanest. We found lady bugs and a palmetto bug in the room. I agree with the person who commented about the thinness of the walls— we could hear the dog next door, the birds outside, etc.

The people at the front desk were friendly, breakfast was decent, and the area was convenient for restaurants and shopping, but the Home2Suites we stayed in in Decatur AL and Toledo OH were both cleaner and nicer.

One of my favorite things at the Home 2 Suites  is the outside fire pit. Great to have morning coffee and quiet time. Rooms are clean and staff is always friendly. Coffee is ready early and good variety of breakfast foods.

This place was a great location and had enough space for our trailer which was another reason to pick this hotel.  The front desk employee was polite and friendly. The room was cozy and clean. The bed felt amazing along with the room temperature that kept us cool. I would recommend and stay here again.  The breakfast was also a plus even though it's very small snacks.

This is supposed to be an eco friendly hotel and the air conditioning units in EVERY SINGLE ROOM run 100% of the time and can not be shut off unless a maintenance person comes in and shuts it off. They will also need to come back in to turn the air conditioning unit back on as well. We had a ladybug INFESTATION in our room and we were told this is normal and they came and vacuumed. The breakfast area was super messy and not cleaned or tidied often. The walls are super thin and you can hear people walking above you and down the hall. Ceiling creaked with every move made by the people above us. Maybe got 9 hours of sleep total in the 2 nights stayed. I expect more out of a Hilton property.

This place has potential to be a much nicer hotel.  Our room was spacious and pretty clean except the sofa was a light tan color and very stained. The beds were comfortable. The hallway of our floor was super cold--like walking into a cooler.  The breakfast options were not as many as we have experienced at other hotels but not terrible.  My biggest complaint is how dirty the lobby and elevators were.  Sticky spilled drinks on the lobby floor and the elevator walls were smeared and gross looking.
