  Ordered a custom door for my house on a Sunday after we moved here to Lockport-they told me someone would call me Monday to schedule the install through Home Depot that i paid for-i called them 7 times with no call back, kept getting the run around. They kept saying "you will get a phone call first thing tomorrow" SEVEN phone calls over the period of THREE weeks with no response is ridiculous, i don't know what their malfunction is but nobody owns up to solving an issue-they just pass it on to the next person. It wasn't until i called the store manager that i was called within 30 min to schedule the install. Don't count on them for anything important, they have continually let me down since we moved here & started using their store. I am used to the store on transit in Clarence/Williamsville- they have their stuff together. I would use a different branch or a different store all together
