  I signed up for rain gutter purchase and instal back on 11/16/18, 4 months ago. Paid them a downpayment. Didn't hear a thing for 4 months. I finally tried to contact Home Depot: a few unanswered emails, put on hold for 30 minutes, finally got ahold of the instal manager (3rd on the list of contacts), he said Home Depot discontinued doing gutters and asked me if anyone had gotten a hold of me. No one did. Still waiting for my refund. Now I got to start the whole process over trying to find a contractor. Never again Home Depot, never again! You lost me as a customer!

  Bought an exterior door middle of June. Three weeks later they call me telling me it had to be special order so I had to pay more. Didn't care to pay more...ended up costing me 800+ total. Call mid August they say they are taking longer so I had to wait until Sept 2nd to finally get my door installed. Call the 2nd.. Nobody knows anything there. The guy had me on hold for 10 minutes. Hung up. Call back again. Had to wait over 15 minutes to finally get an answer. They say Sept 5th I can have that door installed. Nope. Call again the 5th..they tell me the installers would call me during the wk. I get a call on Wednesday..I call back. No answer. Finally call HD on friday. They say the installers have been calling me 3 or 4 x..the installers called me one time. And still haven't heard back from them even leaving a voice mail...nothing. ...WORST customer service ever..I'll avoid them for installing anything. .
