  Hope everyone is having a great day. Well i have been coming to this store every since i moved in 2006 and let me tell yall they do have amazing employees tht are willing to go above and beyond for the customers needs. But today a had a bad experience with this female employee and this what happened. Well a got to the store looking for a set of blinds for my windows and everytime time i go there i wander thru tye whole store thinking and looking for my next projects. Well i kind of went blank and i forgot where blinds were so i stop to ask for help, i approached this employee to ask her and she just looked at me up and down and said(with attitude for no reason) they are by the flooring area (like i said i went blank and couldn't remember where the stuff were in the store) and turn around and kept talking to her coworker, then i asked: can you please tell where the flooring area is? She turned back looked at me and turned right back around to continue talking to her coworker. Coworker looked at me like apologizing and specifically told where blinds were, i didnt really felt like arguing and making a big drama with the employee. So I went grabbed my stuff and on my way out i asked for a supervisor and told him what happened, he knew right then who i was talking about. hopefully he would talk to her and make sure tht dont happen again to any other customer. People all it takes its ONE employee to messed up for the store to lose their customers. We got lowes pretty much right across the street.

  My hot water heater broke and spilled over 50 gallons of water all over my wood floors. They were a mess. I needed to get a plumber to put in a hot water heater and remove the old one and it was very late at night. I went to the Home Depot. The assistant manager Dave Simpson helped me, not only did he find me a hot water heater the right size but he managed to call head to be sure that they would hold it for me.(it was at a different store). It was after 10:30 PM at night when we finally got the hot water heater to the house and got it installed.I don't know what I would have done without his help. Dave you save me big-time. Thank you.

  Single mom trying to get new front door. Got there and paid $35 for measurement. No one came on scheduled day to measure. Rescheduled, been a month no one still has come out. Just getting my money back. Not impressed.
