They were to install a microwave between 1 and 5. No call, no show. Called at 5 and was told they were running late. After 2 and a half hours of no callback or show, called again. They couldn't find the installer, so they couldn't tell me what was going on. Said a supervisor would call me in the morning. At 9 am the next morning, I called them again. Was told that someone would call me back at sometime that day. It's almost 3 and I'm still waiting. I'm going to go by the store tomorrow and cancel the order. Going to buy from Lowe's instead.

Don't use them for carpet installs. I waited a month for the carpet to be "installed" which is fine but it was not installed the day they said. I took the day off of work and spent all night before to prepare the house for them. Around noon the install day I called them to find out my carpet was still in Georgia. Had they had the courtesy to call me I wouldn't have minded. No call no show in the work world is grounds for immediate termination. When I called this location I was transferred all over the place and then hung up on, TWICE!! I called the corporate office which was about half an hour of fun waiting. The weird thing is I get an email from them the day before telling me what to do to prep the house. The install company which is part of home depot told me that they tried to contact me and said my voicemail wasn't setup and that this store tried to contact me as well. Blatant lies, sad they can't own up to their mistakes. I guess I'll have to take another day off hopefully I don't have another horrible review come up on here. Very late update: I ended up canceling the order, another month later they still didnt have the carpet. I had to call the corporate number to get my money back and cancel their credit card that was going to give me even more off the price, even then it was still a pain to get it all back. Honestly if you live in the Reno area check out GCO, better carpet, better price, better service. I am not afilliated with them at all but they have my business from now on. Home depot is only good for basic repairs and honestly lowes usually has higher quality parts and timber. Home Depot is convenient so like everyone else I'm always going to end up there at some point.
