Literally couldnt help AT ALL.. To sell a product and not servicing it even a little bit is ridiculous.. Not to mention call center people wouldnt know a walrus from a bag of cheese SANDWICHES.... Add to that, if you buy an EXTENDED WARRANTY on say a RYOBI tool and it FAILS HARD, they want 30 bucks for some tool in the tool rental to tell you WHAT YOU ALREADY KNOW.. Shouldn't have to PAY THEM so they can make attampts to NOT STAND behind their products or the warrany given or sold to you as PIECE OF MIND... Because lets face it, they're not asking for 30 bucks to help you... The 30 dollar fee is so they can determine if they will SCREW THE CONSUMER OR NOT... In turn saving them money... NOT YOU! RYOBI is DOOKIE... Next time Im buying from their COMPETITION... You have yourselves a right shiney day.. ~ LETS GO BRANDON...

I made an appointment online for someone to come by and give us a quote on storm windows. When I never got a confirmation email, I filled out the form again and made another appointment. Still no confirmation email. A few days later they called me asking which appointment I wanted but by the time I called back an hour or so later they had cancelled one of the appointments. That was a little annoying but I understood. After waiting around for 20 minutes for the person to come for the appointment that wasn't cancelled, I called Home Depot to see where the person was. Turns out they cancelled that appointment as well for no reason. The person I called didn't care and wasn't apologetic. It's a shame because we shop there a lot, but it's clear their Home Services couldn't care less about their customers. They also need to start doing confirmation emails for online appointments and cancellations, this is 2017.

I will never set foot in any Home Depot again. Poor service, employees with no knowledge of products, late delivering. I ordered carpet from there. They sent the wrong one, the installer was late. Everything about the experience was bad
