Very frustrating ordering online from the SW store. They keep canceling my order saying they don't have the item but when I look for the item myself its always there. It makes my house remodel job a lot more difficult. They are often days behind and don't fill orders near as fast as the other stores in town.. I

This is the only place I can get all the plants I need in spring for my garden. Lots of variety, healthy, great growers and at good prices too.

I know the store is busy but the dirty cluttered and over stuff aisles are frustrating and not user friendly. The staff is not the best and the pro desk is a joke. No follow through and poor communication.
