The HVAC part of this company is a scam! Be careful, They will come out to your house for an inspection, Wes, was his name, says he is the general manager and then tell you need $29,000 worth of a new system. This was of course with a lot of discounts etc. Told me my heater should have been Red tagged, and shut off, due to the state it was in.....I have this all on camera. All a lie. I held out, had my heater rechecked the following day. There is not a thing wrong with the unit. No Carbon Monoxide, no concerns at all. Be careful, and get a second opinion. They want to scare you, "I was told we could have Carbon Monoxide poisoning, but if I was worried to crack a window." Trying to get me to commit to $29000 of repairs. But they have a payment plan. We immediately had the heater inspected again, and it is in fine working order.... Also we have Carbon monoxide detectors in our house, on all floors, and outside of every bedroom. I WISH I COULD NOT EVEN GIVE 1 STAR

We have reason to believe this review was made by a former employee. Li Li is not a customer of ours. Our HVAC systems are not $29,000 and we'd never try to take $29,000 from our customers. We hope this review does not deter people from trying our services. Customer satisfaction is a top priority of ours and we never try to sell you more than what you need.

Hoyt provided excellent customer service when we needed our sewer line replaced. He took extra time to explain the damage to my wife and I and what they could do to fix it. He communicated with us through every step of the process and was very transparent. I would highly recommend his services.

I had one of there plumbers out to replace a vacuum breaker and he was great. Got the work done fast and it looks and works great!
