  I am so Very Very Happy I found this company. I will never use anyone else. Bow arrived and went straight to work on the furnace adjusting and cleaning and explained everything to me. Very professional and I do have an older furnace and he gave it a longer life. I can't express how happy I am with Bow and Home Heating and Air because it would take to long to write. You guys are the best and Bow you rock!!!! Thank you so much you guys. I will recommend you to everyone.

  We were out of town and our Airbnb’s heating went out during a frigid time of year and of course, during the weekend. Bow was super responsive, tried to help us troubleshoot before coming out for the service call and ultimately saved the day for us! Would highly recommend.

  Bow has been our service tech for several checks and has been great. Last summer our HVAC fan quit on July 3rd in the midst of the Boise heat-wave. The part was proprietary and upon initial check of his inventory, it was out of stock and would be about 4-5 days to receive. Bow put in the extra effort to call additional local suppliers, found the part, and returned the same afternoon and provided us relief from the Boise heat. A+
