From start to finish, this was a positive experience.  I built a new house using Mitsubishi hyper heats as the sole heat source!  From receiving the initial proposal from the sales team, to the rough-in crew, to the finish crew, everyone was great.  They also installed a ERV system which I love.  I am very happy with everything and would recommend them to anyone.

Had 2 Mitsubishi hyper heat mini splits installed. Quote was reasonable. Install went well. Had an issue with an outside unit making loud unusual noises within a couple of months and they sent a crew out to assess the following morning. Very responsive and hung out for a while to make sure the unit was working properly. So far so good with everything and I would recommend.

Home Energy Products was extremely pleasant and reasonable to work with, provided very fair pricing and quality work with the install of my Mitsubishi AC / heat pump unit back in 2015, which has worked flawlessly running effectively 24/7 since then. Fast forward a few years, and the first routine service of the system (which I put off a little too long) was the same level of excellent quality and friendly service from the phone call to the actual appointment. Thank you all!

Home Energy Products installed a three unit system in our townhome in Lincoln. They were able to complete the work prior to our summer arrival, while other vendors would not commit to that schedule. Adam worked with us over a month and two visits to the property to design an installation that met the HOA requirements and our needs. The installation was cleanly and professionally carried out before our arrival. We are pleased with the system performance, which delivers both cooling and heat to the unit as needed.

We highly recommend both Home Energy Products and the Mitsubishi units that they installed.

These Mitsubishi Ductless AC/Heat Pump units have one design issue worth noting. It seems that the controllers cannot be set to “heat mode” in one room and “cool mode” in another without shutting the system off. While this makes sense, since they are both using the same condenser, there is no obvious indication that a conflict has occurred, which can leave the homeowner rather bewildered.

Home Energy installed our mini split system last Fall and this past week was our first occasion to use the air conditioning function. We discovered late on July 2nd that one of our bedroom units was not working properly and contacted Home Energy early on the 3rd. Steve, the service manager gave us a couple of quick fixes to try out and it was early afternoon by the time we had mutually agreed that a service call would be necessary. Steve was able to get a service team to our house in Moultonborough by 5pm and they were able to identify and correct a wiring issue that took care of the problem. We really appreciated the quick response on the day before a four day weekend, especially considering how hot the weather was. Thanks to Steve and the service techs for making our fourth of July weekend far more comfortable!

I single sourced a whole house split system for my house in Meredith because HEP was a Diamond rated provider. Adam showed up exactly as scheduled and we came up with  proper design and installation plan. The work was scheduled and Chris and Ian showed up exactly as planned with detail photos and plan for the installation. The install took 3 days as expected with a short punch list to complete, with all units tested and working. Justin called later to schedule and complete the punch list as agreed. HEP did everything 100% for a truely clean professional installation with no attitude or reluctance. HEP is highly recommended 'Can Do' contractor.

Had them install my last Mitsubishi units 10 years ago, now they are coming back to do the new house. Very knowledgeable and great job.

Rude receptionist who tells me they book 2 weeks out. I reply there are other contractors and I called them because of their proximity to the project. She replied well go ahead and call another contractor and hung up. I did call another contractor immediately  and have an appointment with that contractor early next week. Way to turn off the customer. Maybe she should be looking for another job.

Home Energy Products came out last week to service my Mitsubishi mini splits which had stopped cooling a few days earlier. After a five minute visual evaluation of the external unit only, the tech declared the entire system (outside and inside) to be shot and in need of replacement. When asked if there were any alternatives available for fixing it, the reply was that there were none. I asked if only part of it needed replaced or the whole thing. The reply was the whole system.  They charged me $100 for this “evaluation”.

I had another company come out and they thoroughly evaluated the system, sealed the leak, and recharged the unit. For $350 (Versus $10,000 Home Energy Products probably expected to receive for a new system).

I called them looking for parts for a toyostove heater for my camp 3 hours north. I was ready to buy hundreds in parts since a local company I called told me I needed them and my heater was junk  After talking to the service department here I was talked out of buying the parts and told step by step how to diagnose and fix. They were right! I couldn't recommend these guys more for missing out on a big sale and giving me tons of advice for free. I will definetly call them first if I need parts or when I'm ready to upgrade my heater!
