  We recently replaced our furnace with a high efficiency model in our cabin. From beginning to end the process was seamless. The lady in the office, I think that her name is Kelly, was very knowledgeable about the various options available to us, and was very willing to investigate our questions. Since we live out of town, we wanted to schedule the installation while we were there. Again, no problem, they came exactly as promised. The installation team of 3 guys, were pleasant and helpful. They cleaned up after they were finished beautifully. They even joked with my 98 yr old mom about letting her supervise up on the roof! I highly recommend this business.

  Outstanding and most professional HVAC company in the north woods. Someone actually answers the phone and is happy to assist. Thank you to Technician James Olson who was most professional and worked hard to service our air conditioning system. Honest company. Highly recommend.
