  One of our AC units kicked the bucket on a hot Saturday afternoon, and Holmes was the only one that was able to come to our rescue without pricing an arm and a leg. He had us back up and running with a simple part replacement. While he was there, my other AC unit started acting up but continue working. He checked on me a week or two later to see how both units were doing and if he could help in any other way. This guy CARES! I will be sure to call him again with any future issues!

  I called the contact number, it went to voice mail. My son called the contact number many ours later after there was no response to the voice mail. We finally made contact, the fellow was busy with small children, no problem with that...children come first. During the conversation an agreement was made for the young man to call on Sunday, telling him we would be home all day for his call but to no avail. No phone call after waiting all day...so we contracted someone else. Sorry, but not sorry. A rather poor way to treat a potential customer.

  Poor service. Made appointment with this company, waited no show called , he had forgot appt. no way to run a business.!
