  They did great work and finished it in a timely manner! I called Wednesday morning and they came Wednesday evening. Our gas company recommended overstreet but at a $100/hr for work we elected to try a smaller company and I'm sure overstreet does great work. The guys came and diagnosed the issue, swapped out some parts and our heat is working perfectly. Our unit is a 1997 rheem hvac and it's still working great in 2019. Cant thank them enough!

  We had a new unit installed by Hollingsworth a few month ago and it is working better than what we could have expected. Their service was great. They were friendly and answered all of our questions. The installation was done in a timely manner as promised. The price was very good . Wold recommend to all my friends and family.

  Mr. Hollingsworth installed a new 2.5 ton AC for my home last August after lightening hit my old unit. I had a 3 ton unit, same brand, Payne, but he chose to put a smaller one than what I had. I told him before he installed the AC unit that I like my house COLD. From the first day he turned it on, it has not kept my house cool. I called him over and over last year and all he did was argue with me and tell me that 78 degrees was plenty cool and that was all the unit could do. He came multiple times and did the same thing every time. He said "this isn't cool enough for you?" He said nobody turns their AC below 78 degrees. Then the winter came and there was nothing I could do. I called the manufacturer of the unit, Carrier, and they said they would help me get him to get my problem solved. They told me I had to get him back out to my house and get a diagnosis again. I told them I really did not want him at my house because all he does is argue. They said I have no choice. SO, I called him today to come check the unit. I was not even hot today and the temperature in the house is 72 and will not go any lower. He asked me what happened at night and said, "well what you would expect, it gets cooler at night so my house gets cooler." He said "see, it is doing what it is supposed to do". I think he has lost his mind. My husband finally told him to leave because he was tired of the man arguing with me. I called the company back and told them what he did and said and they said I could not call another AC person, I had to deal with him because I picked him to put my AC in. They said I would have to take him to court.
