  I just thought I would share a very odd experience I had with Holland Heating. In March 2013, I received an estimate for a new furnace. We had planned on replacing the furnace, however, we are now moving. I called them back in November 2013 to repair my furnace. I told them we were moving and didn't want to spend a lot of money. We just need to get it going. I asked when they could come out and the reply I got was they wouldn't be coming at all. I asked why and their response was....ah ah, I am going to just hang up now. I have no idea why they don't want to fix my 23 year old furnace. Maybe, they are just interested in replacing new ones. I didn't know that's how they treat their potential customers. I would never use their services again.

  Failed to show up for an appointment to fix my A/C on one of the hottest days of the summer so far....I'd give zero stars but they wont let me
