  We had Black Haak check our broken furnace. They gave us the repair vs replace options, but really created enough doubt about the life left in our furnace to make us lean towards replacement. We ended up calling Hoffman to get a competitive bid for replacement, and were told that our furnace should have lots of life and it would be worth the few hundred to repair. Which we did, paying half the service fee of BH, and less for the part. They came out within 30 minutes of my call. We are very satisfied with their service, and highly recommend Hoffman!

  Our furnace stopped working last night, so we had no heat. When I called this morning, they had someone come out right away and take a look. He was very friendly, professional, able to fix the problem right away, and didn't overcharge. I will definitely use them again for any future repairs.

  Excellent business, great work ethics, very respectful and thorough. Would recommend in a heartbeat. Installed furnace, humidifier, ductwork and air conditioner, always on time and did excellent job on all.
