I first called Will late on a Saturday evening explaining that our thermostat had stopped working and that we had no heat. I was so relieved when Will answered the phone, himself, and started asking me questions to try to figure out what the problem was. Even though he had never even met me, he gave me advice over the phone to change the batteries in my thermostat. Since the new batteries did not fix the problem, Will offered to come over here on a Sunday to help us. In fact, he told me that if it got too cold as it got later into the night on Saturday, he would come over in the middle of the night to help us. He was right on time on Sunday and he was so sweet and helpful to us. He tested the wires to my thermostat and was able to immediately determine the problem, and then he installed a new thermostat for us. Will was very careful to make sure that the thermostat was actually working and the heat was on before he left. In this age of big companies, Will was a breath of fresh air with his personal touch, his true care and concern for our welfare, and his careful attention to detail in fixing our thermostat problem, even on a Sunday afternoon. Thank you so much, Will!

Woke up to a cold house on a Sunday morning. Most places were closed and wanted to charge me "emergency" service call fees of $129 to 169 (on top of any other charges). Called around and Will answered and said he could be there after noon and $69 service fee. He quickly diagnosed and determined it was the flame sensor. A couple screws later and steel wool to clean the sensor and BINGO! Will was very nice and showed me how to clean it myself when it eventually happens again. Final charge was $125 and I was a happy camper. I would higly recommend this honest man and will definately call him directly next time!

I live in an apartment building in Dayton OH which is unfortunately managed by Cres Properties. We called in a work order Monday June 12th to fix our air conditioning. We were told someone would get back with us. On Thursday I contacted Cres to inquire about the status and was told my work order was passed to a contractor named Will. We didn't hear back until Friday. Needless to say he told us he couldn't get to it until Tuesday June 20th. Monday we get a call from Will saying he will be in the area today at a neighbor's apartment fixing a furnance and he can take a look at our unit. He tells us we need a new air conditioning unit and that he'll be back in the morning to install. Well on Tuesday hes at a neighbors apartment fixing a furnace and can't get to ours. He tells us he'll be back in the morning (Wednesday) first thing. He also tells us to unhook our washer and dryer so he can have better access to our unit. Well what do you know...I get a call Wednesday morning saying he had a family emergency and can't make it. He promises he will be back Thursday morning and will be at our building all day and our air will be fixed. I get a call at 8:10 pm saying he ran over time fixing the neighbors furnance (same one he was working on Monday) and has to leave for the day. In the meantime it's been very hot and uncomfortable and I haven't been able to wash clothes or use my laundry room for 2 days. I'm highly disappointed in service I've been getting or not getting. I wouldn't recommend this guy to anyone. Seems like it's just him working and doesn't have any help.
