  Called their emergency number to set up a heating oil delivery when I ran out, they couldn't find my account even though I've been using them for fuel delivery for the last 2 years. Was told to call back during business hours and they'd set up a delivery. I didn't think it would be a major issue as I live less than 10 minutes from their Montrose location. Called back during business hours and they told me they wouldn't do an emergency delivery because "I could get heating oil elsewhere" so I'm going to get my heating oil from someone else now.

  I keep reading these reviews that say, "Bad customer service" or "Don't do emergency deliveries". However, the girls in the Montrose office have always been very sweet and helpful to my In-laws (who are long time customers) and my husband and me. When we run out of fuel , Wich we often do, they always deliver within a day or two.

  Brian and Hunter were both knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful during the final set up of the generac generator.They worked well with the electricians that did the wiring. The crew that installed it was thorough, considerate, and efficient during the initial installation. Thank you all for making this an enjoyable experience.
