  I originally had an issue that was not resolved. I did leave a one-star review; however, within 12 hours, the owner reached out to me, and the problem was resolved. Jim was accommodating, honest, and fixed the problem immediately. I’m delighted to be a customer now. Any business or customer will have a problem at times, but it matters how they are dealt with when you do. Jim indeed backs what he says, and each customer does count. I do highly recommend them, and should you have a problem, reach out to Jim. Thank you, Jim, for handling this very professionally, and I look forward to working with you guys for years to come.

As you can see from our online persona, and 70 years in business, Hillside takes a lot of pride in our customer satisfaction.   This is an EXCELLENT company. First time I've used them, the receptionist was so sweet, caring and beyond helpful as I was not familiar with oil heat. They did a same day delivery and I am so happy I chose the right company! I highly recommend them!!! Responsive, reliable, great prices and they actually CARE about people, we aren't just customers!

  We are new to Delaware and to oil heat. We were concerned about the health of our furnace and the technician (Joe) took his time to explain everything to us and to answer our questions. We were able to get a heating maintenance appointment within a week of calling and their scheduled was very pleasant as well. Nothing felt like a sales call/pitch and everything was upfront with no surprises.
