We’ve been using Hilliard for 10 yrs and have always had great service. Never had to wait more than a week for a scheduled appointment. When the system went down they came the same morning. The techs know their stuff and work fast. Front office always keeps me informed when the tech will arrive. Talking about you Crystal! Shout out to Mrs. Hilliard.

Lady hired me to do a job insulating I'm actually professional I already filled out all my paperwork including my is my federal withholding everything she turns around and messages me on a Saturday telling telling me that I should have been honest from the start and that there's too many things that have came up and she can't hire me  Thing is I never lied to her I never held nothing from her and if I had something to hide I wouldn't Have gave her my information if that's the kind of deceitful Stuff this company does I'm not sure I Would want to do business with them at all let alone work for Them And this all came from the owner

A/C out on Memorial Day weekend, yes that happened to us. I called Hillard's A/C, got answering  service, very nice lady said she would get in touch with someone. That was at 3:42 PM on Sunday May 30. Keith, called me at 4:23PM, said he would be here around 30 minutes.  He was at our home and he found the problem and had the A/C fixed. Thank you Keith for a job well done for this senior lady 👏. We will call Hillard's A/C and Heating when needed.

My AC kept on freezing on my 24 year old unit. I contacted Hilliard’s and they were so awesome throughout the whole process. Even though they don't typically work on Saturdays they got a crew out to replace my unit and I couldn’t be anymore thankful.

1 disaster after another they fix it and something else breaks and it's a new unit I coulddie from refrigerant poisoning . Two weeks of bad service.

I got installed a new Bryant A/C unit yesterday. Technicians were on time and did a good job and cleaned the work area.

Treated poorly!  After doing business with them exclusively a full 15 years and three separate air conditioning units....  I feel that they treated me very poorly.  And I was a GOOD long-standing customer!  I was told my compressor would arrive from the warehouse in a week.  It was taking a while due to Covid I was told.  This is in July Florida heat and my unit is completely broken down.  The compressor did not arrive when they thought it would.  I called Hilliards and they said it was now on back order and did not know when it would be delivered.  I got on the phone MYSELF and with help from someone, I learned that a  BRAND NEW compressor was available LOCALLY in Orlando.  This took LITERALLY 15 MINUTES!.  This particular distributor said they would wait for Hilliards to pick it up.  I told Hilliards that one was immediately available locally.  They (after apparent internal office discussion) said they would pick it up BUT I had to wait an additional NINE days for them to install!  This is even though my installation date was supposed to be two days ago.  This is NOT the company it used to be.  For some reason they now only seem to care about THEIR operations, THEIR suppliers, and THEIR schedules.  This same kind of thing happened to me with Hilliards a year ago as well.  I was fully down waiting nearly TWO WEEKS last year for parts!  Oh well, things happen sometimes.  But there was no Covid last year!  So this is not a one time occurrence,  It's a repeat performance.  Today, after waiting a full week, after missing the delivery date, and after I learned (with help) that the compressor was available locally,  they clearly understood that I wanted the unit fixed TOMORROW!  They declined to do this with clear knowledge that I would very likely cease doing business with them - which I did.  They have GREAT FIELD SERVICE Tech  people, and Crystal in the office does her very best, but In the last year they have become a company that seems to only care about itself.  Something has changed over there!  I now regret all the referrals I've made in the last 15 years for fear that my friends will be treated the same.  I'm thinking the owners (who are nice people, I talked to the father years ago) have no idea how poorly their customers can be treated.  Not finding a compressor locally just shows that they are not working as hard as they could for their customers.  This is my experience with them, and I sure hope the owners read this.

Hilliard's Technicians installed a new Bryant Heat Pump today, and they did an outstanding job. Very quick and efficient.
