  I received quote from owner that was much more reasonable than other quote I received. I was not upsold. I told them what I wanted and they quoted me. No pressure. Also, submitted a rebate on my behalf for CenterPoint. Installers were neat with their work and their job site.

  I purchased a new heating and cooling system from Hillard over 9 years ago and they have been great to work with. Nancy and Greg have always been very kind and prompt with their communication. Whenever we have had an issue with our heat, Greg has been able to diagnose and fix the problem. He knows what he is doing and is very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Hillard.

  Hilliard Heating & Cooling came out to fix an A/C unit I have at a home I rent out after being dispatched by American Home Shield. Another company had "supposedly" fixed the A/C a week prior and it only operated for a day and half. The other company refused to come fix their substandard work so Hilliard came in and save the day! They made the appointment quickly after accepting the service call from AHS. Nancy, who answers the phone was always on top of things and friendly. I had a very good experience with them and would highly recommend!
