  I was washing clothes and the next thing I knew, sewer water was over flowing my toilets and running into hall and coming up through my shower. Hiller was BY FAR the easiest to deal with and the reps was responsive and quick. Dakota came out and was so professional and knowledgeable… I have had this service done by another company years ago but Dakota out done then with no comparison! I will always use Hiller from now on!

  My water heater started leaking into my garage and that is no surprise since it was 23 years old. I called two big box companies that were supposed to call me back within 24 hours. That was on Sunday. Today is Wednesday and I still have not heard from them. This was not something that could wait. I called Hiller and they immediately set me up with an appointment on the same day, which was Tuesday. They came that day, assessed the situation, and installed a new hot water heater. I am very pleased with their promptness, their professionalism, and the product seems like a very good one. I am glad someone suggested I call them because I don't know that I would have thought of it. Thank you Hiller

  I called this morning and a service technician came out this afternoon. I was notified in advance of an earlier service time (turns out it wasn't convenient for me so I kept my original appointment) and also received a text with a photo and map of the location of the driver in advance of his arrival. Technician was professional and quick. I will use Hiller for future service and recommend them.
