  Update as I promised back in April. Aubrey had a medical issue that prevented timely service. He went to the house and provided me with an estimate however we canceled our contract on the property prior to due diligence ending. Called and spoke with September on two occasions to set up an estimate. Aubrey called and said he was going to do the estimate. Didn't hear back so I called a day later and still have not heard anything. I understand if they are too busy but would have appreciated knowing that in advance.

  A great company and I strongly recommend them. They do good work and have reasonable prices. I had them service my heating and AC system and install a whole house dehumidifier. They did good work and the service techs as well as the owner of the company who gave me the estimate for the dehumidifier are all polite and respectful. I will certainly be using them again for my annual service for my HVAC and when it comes time to replace the 15 year old system that I have now, I will work with them for that.

  We were so so pleased with the quality of service from Highlander Heating and Air! Aubrie came out to our house to repair the heating unit and was on time, professional, very honest, and repaired our unit! September , in the office, responded quickly to an emergency call and they came out that day. They also did maintenance of the unit for us last summer. We are very grateful and impressed.
