  Our AC was blowing air but it wasn't cold. Scott came out (on time!) and diagnosed the issue and gave me several options. He was personable, honest, and professional. I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me at all. In the end we decided on a specific solution and he finished it quickly. All in all a very good experience.

  I live in an older building that has older model air units (fan coil units) in each of the condos. My fan coil unit started leaking water out onto my hardwood floors so I needed to get someone out as soon as possible to stop the leak. I contacted multiple companies in the area (some did not respond, others said they did not service fan coil units or were booked up). I called Highland and within 5 minutes had a same day appointment scheduled for a tech to come out. The tech Matt who came out was super friendly and knowledgeable (and followed COVID safety precautions). He knew immediately what the issue was, fixed it and took the time to explain the problem to me and give me some tips to help prevent it from happening in the future. I would highly recommend Highland Heating and Air for their professionalism, responsiveness and their knowledgeable and friendly staff!! Five stars!!
