  Brian did an excellent job addressing a concern I had. I could sometimes smell a little natural gas smell when the furnace kicked in. He tracked it down and worked hard to fix it! I appreciate his efforts -- he went above and beyond to make sure that it was fixed right and I was satisfied. Thank you for the quality work!

  A great company to work with. I had my furnace go out, the unit was over 20 years old. The repair was going to be over $800.00. Not likely for a 20 year old unit. The weather was cold, they offered to put the parts in and put the 800 towards a replacement unit! I could not be more pleased.

  HiTech has excellent customer service. Their technician George is very knowledgeable and does a great job of explaining everything. Their summer AC-winter heating system service plan is great value.
