  Dec 2018: .Can anyone confirm if the company is still in business? I have not received a follow-up call from the website, and am unable to leave a message at the office number. It would be a shame, Dustin was a nice alternative to the faceless HVAC conglomerates. 2017 Dustin saved my bacon by doing a last minute mini-split install on the Saturday directly before a Sunday Open House. Quick, professional, personable, and reasonably priced.

  Where do I start? I called Dustin on a saturday afternoon and left a message fully expecting to not hear a call back until monday sometime because of it being the weekend. Dustin returned my call shortly after I called and arranged a appointment to come out and diagnose our A/C problem. Dustin was not only punctual, he was even a little early. We were told what our problem was (dead compressor) and were given multiple options (repair, full replacement and different replacement options) and gave us his recommendation based on the age of the unit and the type of the repair needed that we replace the unit (about 13 years old) he gave us multiple detailed quotes very quickly and was very easy to reach and communicate through the ENTIRE process. His company also works with wellsfargo which made this whole thing possible for us which is interest free for 5 years (holy cow its a free loan if paid off in the 5 years - which is about $98 a month for us for our job) Dustin arrived on time again on the date of install and replaced our system, went over the thermostat and all of its functions and did a VERY neat and tidy job and left no mess behind. Sorry for gushing over this experience but too many people only write reviews just to complain anymore. Our experience with Dustin and "high efficiency solutions" was terrific because we got everything we paid for... and more. You wont be disappointed going with a professional like Dustin.

  Dustin has done several maintenance and repair jobs for me at my house. Every time the work was completed in a timely manner and at a fair price. I recommend anyone with HVAC needs should give Dustin a call.
