  Owner Sean was quick to return my initial call and worked around my schedule; very understanding that although I needed air, I had to work. Technician Destry was prompt and friendly despite the pouring rain; his initial inspection of our unit determined what was needed and he promised to get back to me first thing in the morning. Sean called and explained everything, and offered to come straight over to complete repairs; again, I had to work so he was more than willing to work with my schedule. Two technicians arrived as promised, made the repairs, didn’t rush to get done on a Friday, they stayed until they were positive I had air/heat for the weekend. Highly recommend this business to anyone needing HVAC repair!!

  Hickman’s has installed a new unit for us, and repaired our other unit. Sean and his staff are responsive, attentive and very professional. We like dealing with a family run business.

  Hickman came to my families rescue. Our central heating and air had stopped working. The part that was needed to do the repair had to be picked up it, was about 4:30 so we knew we would have to wait until the next morning. Our house had already heated up to 81 degrees inside. I asked the owner if there was anyway I could get some cold air into our home while we waited until morning? I explained my husband is a veteran and the high temperatures have a major impact on his breathing and effects his health in many ways. Without a second thought Shawn (the owner) started making calls to get the part needed as soon as possible! Shawn drove to get the part, it was about 4:50 PM when he left. He could have just made us wait and ended his work day. But he did not, he came back to our house and fixed our system. It was about 7 PM when the job was finished and Shawn was able to go home to his own family. Hickman Heating and Air Conditioning put our family comfort and needs above their own comfort. It was very muggy and hot outside and late in the work day. We were extremely grateful and appreciative of the time, effort, and extra effort this company gave to our family!💖 We will only use Hickman for our heating and air conditioning needs from now on!! They went above and beyond to meet our needs and get my house back functioning!
