  This business could care less about inconveniencing you or even showing up at all for that matter. We have been dealing with an air conditioning problem for over two months in which Hewitt Heating & Air has been scheduled to come out on 10+ different occasions (since they can't ever make their previous appointment with you) or have NO RECOLLECTION OF IT AT ALL and have only shown up TWICE. We paid hundreds of dollars in those two visits, only to not have our problem fixed and whenever we call back NUMEROUS TIMES to have someone come back out, everyone including the alleged OWNER has promised to come out himself and NEVER SHOWS UP NOR CALLS, leaving you sitting at home all day for the possibility of them showing up. TERRIBLE BUSINESS.

  I called my Hw and they scheduled this company the tech showed up the next day said they ccouldn't find a leak outside but the other until was in the attic. The tech stated that it was too hot to check that day but he would come back at NC if it stopped cooling again... so less than 90 days later guess what not cooling again. Called company they now can't seem to come back out after telling me on the phone they cold come today at 12:30 then tech text me and says they can't fit me in.. I trusted this company because the lady was so nice and talked to me like she was family. I'll never use them again if this is not resolved. ALSO when calling the tech he finally answered and never really took the blame for his tech not wanting to do his job and go in the attic he said well I'm sorry this happened and it's so hot. Yea I'm sure you are bc if this happened to you I bet money u would be pissed. I was expecting the owner to maybe try and make it right but he just complained about how home warranty companies are hard to deal with and I would just be better off with a new company. But hey it will come back on u one day.

  Outstanding customer service and an extremely honest technician. My compressor had sucked up insulation and instead of charging me upwards of 1,500 for a new compressor, the real problem was identified and I was charged a fraction of what I was expecting, I would recommend Hewitt Heating and Cooling to anyone.
