  When he did finally answer my phone call he spent 10 minutes explaining how all of the other plumbers in the area pick and choose what they want to do. He told me how he would take care of me. Then I explained to him what my plumbing problem was. And then he told me well he can't get to it because of this and because of that and because of the other just like he explained all the other plumbers do. And I still haven't heard back from him he said he'd call me back and take care of me. He has not done so another pick and choose kind of a thing

  The air conditioning on the house we stayed in was freezing up in 90+ degree weather. When he heard we had two little ones in the house he made time in his busy schedule for us. Very professional and fast.
