Kevin is always on time and does a great job of maintaining my equipment. He is also very personable and nice to work with. Jeanette always calls at just the right time to set up the appointment! She seems to know when I start thinking that it’s about time for Kevin to come.

We have used Heroes Heating and Cooling for a few years, when we moved last year we made sure to switch our maintenance plan over to our new house and systems because we have always been so happy with the knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail our favorite technician, Kevin Best, consistently delivers. He is always going above and beyond. I actually look forward to phone calls from Jeannette Rolle - she’s so friendly and very thorough. Both Jeannette and Kevin take the time to answer any questions or address any concerns and they make sure that we have everything we need. Their commitment to ensuring their customers are happy is unparalleled. Janet in their office is always quick and friendly to get the service techs scheduled. I love that with their maintenance plan Heroes techs will come out twice a year and give me warning of what is likely to go wrong before I ever have a service outage. I had two system replacements this year and they blew the competition away on new system price plus their warranty is exceptional.
