  Nothing but trouble, spent 5k at lowes for ac, they sent these guys, I told dude to leave because he was running his mouth arguing with me in my own house about Quality work. Condensation line was still running on the ground through the basement for the condensation pump had to call Lowe’s out corporate had to come out. Three years old I had to replace the compressor expansion valves everything went bad in this AC unit when it shouldn’t have fought with these people. AC unit tears up last night I called him this morning since we faught so much they will not service Jasper area they said so they won’t service Jasper when they’re stationed at a Canton and it’s like 10 miles away from my house all I want is quality work and I pay cash and I want nothing for free nothing but bad experience with this company and Lowe’s . In my name is Brad Milks if anybody wants to get a hold me or contact me they can but I’m not lying about none of this. The only reason I’m still dealing with them is because they’re the ones that put the AC in the house so I’m just trying to give him that respect to get my good graces but they obviously don’t care to.

  Love Herndon Heating & Air! We 2 have older units & have had problems with both units not cooling this spring/summer. Herndon came out quickly & resolved the problem in an affordable manner. Great company! They did not try to sell us new units but were committed to resolving the issue. We were able to keep our old units. They are both working great now. Great company!
