  My wife and I have used Heritage for the last 4 years, and have received exceptional service and pricing on every occasion. We had previously used another large company, and signed up for service contracts when the technicians evolved into salesmen after repairs were completed. Yet at every semi annual inspection they found expensive repairs that needed to be completed, even though the units were working fine. That's when we moved on. From our first visit we were impressed with Jeff and his team. There has never been a sales pitch, only quality work at a fair price. The technicians are always professional and Jeff communicates throughout the day to keep us updated on their arrival. I've referred Heritage to a number of clients, and will continue to do so with confidence. I highly recommend Jeff and his team at Heritage Heating and Cooling.

  Jeff’s crew installed a new upstairs HVAC system for us. Jeff was responsive, provided a very good price, and spent a lot time with me going through the process and what would be done. His crew did a great job with a challenging install! I highly recommend, and would use Heritage again for any future needs. I’d also like to point out Matthew for doing great work and going above and beyond.

  My heating went out just as the temperature dropped and Heritage Heating & Cooling LLC provided prompt, stress-free service just when I needed it. I felt Jeff and Josh to be professional, reliable and honest. My problem was a minor and easy fix in the end, and I appreciated that it was handled as such. I also asked a few extra questions unrelated to the present issue, which Josh didn't mind taking the time to answer. I'll continue to use this business going forward. Thank you!
