  Although there was a mix up with the schedule (they came 4 days early) - they arrived on time AND after an ice storm to perform maintenance on my furnace for the first time in 3 years. I'm actually thrilled they came early! The nozzle needed replacing and the non-insulated pipe from the furnace to the insulated pipe was starting to burn through. They had to drive (remember the ice storm) to get the correct size replacement pipe and made the repair within an hour. The potential for fire or carbon monoxide poisoning was abated. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service! I have requested they add me to their summer schedule for my AC and am recommending them to my parents.
