Very sad I am a local and unless we are "contractor" they will refuse to sell to the Public to their local community, I called to see if they would sell a motor for my furnace which is easy as changing a tire, and because I was not a "business" or " licensed" they would not sell anything to my knowledge, that is terrible service Pat words were call a furnace maintenance, why? So they can charge $700 to fix something we can do ourselves, I'm all for supporting local business but if we were able to which we are not I would not especially if that's their "policy" way of doing things.

Waited 10 minutes for the salesman/cashier to make eye contact with me after walking in the store and got 75ft of plain heating flex for $210. Looked it up online and found 75ft of insulated heating flex down the street for only $95. That is higher quality stuff at half the price!! They made me wait in their store for 20 minutes while they worked on other service orders before they would return the overpriced flex and charged me a 15% restocking fee for something they simply set back on the shelf. I will never go back here again. Horrible customer service and extremely overpriced.

12 hours after purchasing some equipment from them, I found it at 33 percent less cost at a store 1 mile away. I asked if I could return it with my receipt; the guy on the phone said they would, but with a 15 percent restocking fee and was not willing to price match the competitor; an even smaller business. I asked if there was a sign in store that indicated their return policy and he laughed at the notion of this, replying, "this isn't a pawn shop." It really felt like a hustle, and the demeanor of the sales associate both in purchasing the equipment and on the phone further implicated that feeling. I have experience with wholesale industrial businesses and I find this to be abnormal for the industry. I contacted the BBB as I was encouraged to do by the associate, and am awaiting a response on the matter. Sincerely, My Money $$
