  What a disappointment. You expect the professional to help. I just lost my job and the ac stopped working the exact same day. I gave Hensley a call. They came that day told me my ac was low on freon. $600 charge and thought that was the end. They put in more freon and three days later it stopped again. I would give zero stars but not an option. The technician didn’t even look for a leak he said it’s impossible to find leaks. He spent two hours putting a bandaid on the problem. Hensley’s is the worst option to to work on your hvac. Eventually when I found a trustworthy company to fix the problem. The company I truly trust spent two and a half hours to resolve the issue. The trustworthy company replaced the coil and dryer at a cost of $600. I wish I never called Hensley’s! Save you money and time and call a different company.

  Concerned Customer, All the work that is performed at Hensley's has a 30 day warranty on labor and most manufacture parts that we replace also have a one year warranty.   They were so quick to get here and get the work done, from the time I called to the time it was finished was less then 3 hours and Steve did an amazing job! He was very professional and polite. I will use them for any a/c or heating problems that I have in the future. Just an all around great experience.

  I highly recommend this company for all your heating and Air needs. They are there when you need them the most. Hensley 's repaired my Air/Heating when a company here in Bardstown took full advantage of me and charged me and outrageous price for a job they completed all wrong. Hensley came in and was straight forward with me and fixed all their mistakes. I highly suggest you give them a call! They have been my Heating an Air Company for years and will continue to be! Thanks for all your hard work and very responsive calls back.
