  NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE, WE CALLED THEM OUT TO DO A SERVICE CALL AND THE GUY WALKED IN AND WALKED OUT DIDNT PERFORM ANY TYPE OF WORK, STATED HE DIDNT HAVE A LADDER OR TOOLS NEEDED, LEFT ANT NEVER RETURNED BUT STILL RECEIVED A BILL, AFTER CALLING OFFICE BACK AND EXPLAININ TO THEM THE TOLD ME OH WELL THEY ARE NOT GOING TO SEND ANYONE ELSE OUT BUT IM STILL RESPOSIBLE FOR BILL AND THEY WILL TURN ME OVER TO COLLECTIONS AND LET THEM "F" MY CREDIT UP. AGAIN NEVER USE THIS COMPANY WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A 0

  Mr Flowers, The service technician answered your request for a service call. The tech arrived to find that you had another company already working on your system. A call was not made by your company to cancel the service request. The billing you received was reflective of the minimum service call fee. Once you received the automated billing, you placed a phone call to complain about the billing. This phone call concluded with a request to return to your business and diagnose/repair your system. The call log shows a second phone call, approximately 3 minutes later, to cancel the request and inform Henshaw's that you would not be paying the bill. It is unfortunate that you did not take the personal responsibility to cancel the call knowing you had someone else onsite.

  My overall experience was probably a 1 star, but that may be because I went through our home warranty and there wasn't a lot of communication. But Henshaw's got my unit fixed and installed a new thermostat. I don't remember the mans name but he was very nice and resolved our problem quickly. I'm so thankful for these guys because we have a new born baby and we needed heat desperately in our home before bringing him home. Thank you so much!
