  We called Hembree Heating and Air last evening when our air system began heating instead of cooling. Al, our technician, came to check on the system and was here with 30 minutes of our call. At one point, it was 84 degrees inside our home and still rising. Al determined the cause quickly, shut our system down, and returned today to make the repair. He was in and out in in approximately 30 minutes. Al is professional, follows protocol when entering our home, and is very personable. The cost of the after-hour service call and repair was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Hembree H & A and Al. They have just gained new customers.

  Excellent customer service! My system had some unusual issues that Austin worked through while explaining what was going on. He resolved my issue. I would 100% recommend Hembree. I also signed up for their Gold maintenance plan. recommend that as well.

  Austin came out to diagnose our problem and was WONDERFUL. Deanne and Faith were so sweet in getting everything coordinated. Jacob was so sweet and came over to quote a new system. Jeremy and Zion installed a few days later and were awesome! Thank you SO SO much! I have heard horror stories of other local businesses. I am thankful that y’all run such a wonderful company!
