  This Company was referred by my home protection warranty company. Heltons Service Co. provides the best service from start responding to initial work order request to the finish installation of a unit. We Wendy was superb explaining the process and staying in touch keeping updates. Tyler is phenomenal with professionalism, prompt response and knowledge explaining options.

  Helton’s Service Company is a great company, and their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Tyler showed up at my residence shortly after I received a call that the technician was on his way. He was very friendly and helped explained to me what was causing my AC unit not to cool my home properly. He even suggested a different air filter to keep the home cooler. I would highly recommend Helton to anyone looking for AC repairs or maintenance.

  I had a service issue with my HVAC and called Helton’s at 7 am. David answered and was able to come out same day to look at it and fix. Great customer service, professional and friendly taking time to talk through issues and solutions.
