  I am very satisfied with the installation of our heating system. They were friendly and considerate and got the job done pretty quick in a little over a week. I would recommend. 👏👏👍👍

  I had them come out and do a hot water heater install. Firstly, the scheduled me for one day. Said "We will be there sometime and will call to let you know when the day of." Ok that's fine. Gets to be about noon that day and no call. So I called them and asked when they would be here. The guy was incredibly rude and said unless I made an appointment they couldn't get to me for awhile. I told him I had made an appointment. So he checked his schedule and got a lot more polite when he realized they had missed it and made a mistake. Because of my work schedule I had to wait another week to have someone come out. I removed the old hot water heater myself and drained it to save on labor. The dude did an hour of work and they charged me for two hours. The reason I chose this company was because they had told me 140 an hour for labor. What they failed to tell me is that they charge me for drive time as well. Which they elaborated when I called to question why a 250 dollar job was 400. I honestly dont know if this is common practice. And if it is thats fine too. But it seems pretty shady to me that they didnt inform me of this when I asked initially. I will never use them again and would never reccomend them to anyone. The work was fine and the guy that came out to do it was professional and friendly. If it were solely based on him I would give 5 stars. But the customer service and pricing was terrible. This company has overall left a very bad taste in my mouth.

  Last month i had this place repair a 500$ spa pump,it needed new shaft seal and impeller.After i payed them 150$.After getting it home i tested the pump only to find out the pump wont run.So i took it apart and took the impeller off and the pump motor ran fine.I tested it a few times with impeller it wont run ,without it ran fine.So i wont bring them a spa pump again. Up to you .but i wont let them ever work on my stuff again
