Excellent service. Replaced our outside unit and the furnace in the attic. My A/C has ran perfectly ever since. I paid way less than what others were quoting me. I had quotes of $12k-$15k and Heavy Air & Heat quoted us less than $6k. I paid $500 more to cover labor for 10 years, So now we have parts and labor covered with a 10 year warranty. Roy and his crew do a great job getting it done as fast as they can without sacrificing quality.

I don’t often leave reviews, but when I do it’s for one of two reasons: One, the product/vendor was extremely good, or two, they were extremely bad. This one is for the latter. Both deserve accurate reviews that are also not exaggerated. This company was sent to us by a home warranty company who employs them. To simplify what happened, our upstairs AC had turned off due to a clog in the drain pan. The overflow valve triggered and prevented the unit from coming on to avoid water damage. This company showed up, collected the service fee and submitted an estimate for 650 dollars to come back and unstop the clog, and drain the water. This would have taken 10 minutes as this job required no parts or extra materials to complete. This technician chose to leave my family in the heat and wait to request more money from warranty company. When I called, he informed me that his job was only to “diagnose” the problem, then wait to see if the home warranty company would pay for it. This was not true. I called my home warranty service, and was told that typically if the parts are under 100 dollars, the technician could make the repairs. I called another company to do the job and was charged less than 60 dollars! I would have called them initially, but chose to use the company sent by my home warranty provider. After all, I pay a monthly fee to have these items covered. I won't make this mistake again!

I wish you would reconsider your review. The estimate was not to just unclog your drain line. But Call us next time your drain clogs and we will discount the diagnostic charge you paid us. The $650 estimate was not just unclogging the condensate drain. As I explained the $650 was to pull and clean the evaporator coil and repair the problem that makes your drain clog so often because the problem you are having is not typical. The picture we took shows the ptrap full of debris. Over the phone you said you have been having problems with this. Your daughter also told us that you've been having problems with the ac unit. Your home has two ac unit and this is the one that the drain clogs. The unit was manufactured in February of 2018 and since it was not registers we don't know the install date if it had been registered it would have10 years of parts warranty. I wish I could have seen you at your home and explain before I left your home. As I explained you over the phone. I believe it is an installation or filtering problem making the drain clog several times within a year of install. We have never installed a new ac that the drain clogs within a years time of it being installed. If we would have unclogged the drain and it clogs again within a month your warranty company would have us to go back for free.
