  Russ was great from the start! As soon as he responded to my interest in his services, he was very professional and thorough. I got heating and AC installed about 2 weeks ago and so far, no issues.   Russ was an outstanding young man! My heat went out and he responded in less than 5 minutes and was here within 2 hours (he was on another call). He walked me through the process, gave me valuable information for maintenance and upkeep AND informed me the best place to buy air filters is actually Amazon as long as the MERV is 8 or above!   Russ is the best, he came the same day of a failed heating gas unit and of course it’s winter. He had a new one installed the next day. Best price, came in top pro and had a new unit done and running within a few hours. Total concern for our needs, will use him again 100 % when our other heating unit needs replaced. I can’t give him enough stars to the service he provided .
