  When I contacted the company, Diego answered the phone promptly. When he came by to give me an estimate, he was very thorough and explained in more details in a way that I could understand on what they were going to do than any of the other five companies I received estimates from. They were on time, the prices were considerably better than the others, Diego was personally helpful to me and have won a customer for life.

  Had a new AC/furnace installed and Diego was great to work with. He’s very professional, on time and quickly responds to messages. I will be recommending his company to friends and family that are in need of great HVAC repairs or service.

  Got a noisy AC compressor in the outside condensing unit and I was looking for a fix or replacement of the compressor or the entire condensing unit. Got in touch with several HVAC companies / contractors to request for more info and quotes. But I was surprised by the lack of response from most of them. Among the few who responded they didn't respond to my follow-up. Either it was because they were too busy or they don't care about new customers. It was like I have to beg for getting them to do business with me, whereas I would expect the opposite. Shocking, but true. But Diego (HeatWave owner) stood out among the pack in the sense he promptly responded to my text messages and provided helpful feedback. His expert knowledge was helpful for me to make my decision in choosing the condenser unit for replacement. I have decided to engage his service. Given it is almost the beginning of the cooler season I decided to wait until Spring to install the new condenser unit. At that time I shall have HeatWave install my unit. I shall update my review at that time after the installation. Diego has started his new company recently after working several years in the HVAC industry and he has my support as long as he meets or exceeds my expectations.
