  I truly cannot say enough great things about Jim King at Heartland. Our AC unit quit working Saturday 7/25 and we had no idea what was wrong with it. Sunday we tried calling around to anyone we could get ahold of and most places were closed but we were able to get in touch with Jim who came right out to look at it. Unfortunately the storm we’d had earlier that week had basically fried the inside of our unit and we needed a new compressor. Which was going to be a couple thousand dollars, which we confirmed with a google search and talking to some friends after getting an estimate from Jim. He said he’d call us first thing Monday with a firm quote after he could look for what we needed. Monday morning he gave us a very fair quote based on what we’d heard and said if we let him know soon and he could get what he needed in that same day that he would have it done in a few hours. By 3:15pm I came home to meet him and it was entirely ready and we assumed this just meant parts inside it but ended up with an entire new unit for the price we’d already agreed to! We were shocked and grateful to say the least! It also came with a 10 year warranty that we can register. Not only does Jim work weekends, is easy to get ahold of, but he does exceptional work QUICKLY and for a very very fair price! We would recommend him a thousand times over and will only be calling him should we have any other issues in the future. Jim is lifesaver. It’s 90 plus degrees outside and we obviously couldn’t just wait around to see about getting our air conditioner fixed and I guarantee it saved us a LOT going with him. Customers for life.
