  I called about 9:00am and the woman said I think we can do that. The service man will call you when he is on his way. About 12:30 he called and said he would be there shortly. 12:40 he was there with his assistant. He diagnosed a bad capacitor. Luckily!!! He had one and installed it. Good guys were driving out by 1:05. It doesn’t get better than that! Dan Smith

  Ken did a service and maintenance evaluation of the fireplace (no heat distribution fan installed at installation) as well as an evaluation on why the other rooms in home gets/stays extremely cold. Extremely professional, thoroughly knowledgeable and left customers/tenants with an excellent impression of him. The company is lucky to have Ken and Quincy, who works in the office, as employees and in our opinion should give them both a raise for their professional conduct.

  They took safe COVID measures upon entering my home (I have an elderly mother) and were quick and efficient in letting me know the issue was with the thermostat. They had one on their van so they were able to replace that same day. Great service.
