  Great company that has serviced our home AC/furnace units for 10+ years. Recently had to replace two units and really appreciated the time Rick spent coming by, offering quotes and educating us on this big financial decision. The crew who did the install was efficient, courteous, and professional. Not a mark left on the walls or carpets. Looking forward to 10+ more years with Hays Heating and Cooling!

  I contacted Hays Heating and Cooling when my unit was frozen outside. They sent a technician the very next day! They were responsive, knowledgeable and courteous! The technician was very nice; he took the time to explain the problem and show me the parts, he even changed my filter and took my old one out to the curb for trash. Their prices were also very reasonable! I will use them again and again and will gladly refer to anyone I know!!!!

  Hays Heating and Cooling really stands by their work, glad to see a company that will support the systems they install down the road! George our technician was great, he's been working in the industry for many years, and that knowledge translates to peace of mind. Cool in the summer, warm in the winter! Top notch!!
