  Excellent experience all around. Was very impressed with the communication; received texts when making the appointment and when Ray was on the way to our house. He took the time to explain what he was doing and to clean up before leaving. We are new homeowners and had no idea how dirty our dryer vent really was..but I can sleep better knowing he took care of our vents and it's no longer a safety issue. Highly recommend!!

  If I could give Hawk Air and Mechanical 10 stars I would! I can’t say enough good things about this company. Our AC stopped working on a Sunday and we called to get an appointment to have someone come out as soon as possible, Ray was here the same day did everything he could to try and get our AC up and running but unfortunately the unit was almost 15 years old and we had to replace the unit which my husband and I have been expecting. Ray made the process so easy. He installed our new AC unit the very next day. I am amazed at the exceptional service and quality of the work. Ray was honest and very professional. The installation was clean and neat. We couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend this company!
