  Great experience with Jason from Hawaiian Breeze. Called him up about my HVAC system not working and he was here within 30 mins! Very polite and professional. Fixed the issue within another 35 mins. **UPDATE** - Well after finding out that it was my AC HVAC capacitor that needed to be replaced and seeing that the part only costs $20-30, I'm very disappointed with the amount I paid. I understand that there is a diagnostic fee, part fee and installation fee, but paying over $300 for this job I feel was way overcharged. I spoke to a few buddies of mine who had the same part go out on their HVAC system and they said they only paid around $150-200 for the same job.

  I'm sorry you were disappointed by the price that was charged. Unfortunately this is the price of doing business in NJ. I have to pay for vehicles, insurance, health insurance,workers comp,fuel, NJ state tax, Federal tax and employee wages and drive to you. My prices are calculated so that I stay in business and not go bankrupt in a year. I would like to know who your buddies used and were they fully licensed and insured or doing side jobs? Also you mentioned I was there in 30 mins. Was the other company that charged less able to get there in 30 mins on a 100 degree day?
