  We highly recommend Hartz Plumbing and Heating. Both Rob and Ron were professional and personable. We had a concern with our furnace after some basement flooding. They took the time to investigate possible damage, explained the process to us and they were able to start up our furnace. If we ever have an issue or require a new furnace or water heater we are thankful to know that we are in good hands with calling Hartz.

  Great service by Hartz Plumbing & Heating in Deposit, NY. Very timely, professional and competent. They came out to inspect a flood water damaged furnace. Upon inspection they determined that there was no apparent damage. They removed the remaining water from the blower and we were up and running in less than 20 minutes. Highly recommend Hartz for HVAC service.
